Can I engrave Chinese characters?
Yes. Supported engraving can include Chinese characters, English letters, numbers, spaces, and selected symbols. Very detailed symbols may need confirmation before production.
Can I change a custom order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as possible. Changes are easier before production begins. Once a custom piece is in production, changes may be limited.
Are custom products returnable?
Custom-made items are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a quality issue.
How long does production take?
Standard custom production is typically 15-20 business days. Complex high-end designs may require a longer timeline, and rush requests should be confirmed with customer service before ordering.
Can I upload inspiration images?
Yes. Use the bespoke inquiry form to upload JPG, PNG, WebP, or PDF inspiration files so our team can understand the direction.
